WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU ASK?
MDPSRP aims for fair support, thoughtful explanations and independent reviews where required. This page explains our intended support experience—not a live ticket lookup.
Clear stages. Proper review.
Submitted
Your contact request reaches the configured form inbox only after the live intake is activated.
Triage
A reviewer classifies the request and assigns an appropriate independent or department team.
Follow-up
Staff may request clarification, propose an interview, or arrange secure evidence intake.
Outcome
An authorized reviewer communicates the decision or next steps through a verified channel.
Know where your request belongs.
How do I check a ticket number?
Secure ticket numbers and applicant-specific status lookups are not active. Don't accept an unofficial tracking number offered by an unverified account. When a protected portal is added, you'll sign in to view your own records.
Can I submit an Internal Affairs complaint against a supervisor?
You can request an independent IA contact. The eventual review system must avoid conflicts of interest and restrict records to independent reviewers. This public form intentionally does not collect allegation details.
What happens after I request a ban appeal?
The proposed appeals panel verifies the restriction and reviews an appeal through a protected process. Submitting a request does not lift a ban or promise a particular outcome.
Which team handles department help?
Choose the specific department in the support form. General questions may go to department coordinators; misconduct allegations belong to independent standards review.
How do I change an application or interview?
Choose Recruitment / Application help, give a safe contact handle, and do not include private assessment answers. The recruitment team will eventually respond through a verified channel.
Can I attach screenshots or sensitive logs?
Not in this public intake. A secure evidence-upload feature with scoped access, retention rules, and an audit log is planned for the private backend.
Our support principles
- Decisions based on evidence, not friendships.
- Separate the reviewer from anyone involved in a complaint.
- Never publish private complaints or ban details.
- Give applicants and players a fair way to respond.
- Escalate serious concerns to authorized leadership.
