HIGH STANDARDS. BETTER STORIES.

A public overview of professionalism, leadership and growth within MDPSRP. Sensitive discipline files, promotion scorecards and administrative procedures remain internal.

What we value

Professionalism is how a role is played.

Different departments will have different expectations, but all members share basic responsibilities to one another.

Respect the scene

Communicate in character, let others contribute, avoid harassment and keep scenes enjoyable and credible.

Be accountable

Document important roleplay outcomes fairly, own mistakes, follow established escalation paths and accept feedback.

Earn responsibility

Leadership and specialized assignments depend on demonstrated judgment, collaboration, reliability and approved training.

Public career progression

A path to grow—not a promise of rank.

Players can start by learning a role, building confidence in supervised scenes, and contributing to their department. Promotion and specialty selections are reviewed through departmental leadership.

We celebrate instructors, mentors, scene organizers, patient supervisors and positive contributors—not only dramatic arrests or high-profile calls.
